thought. As a composer, conductor and musicologist he has
collaborated with numerous important venues and institutions in
Greece and abroad, such as the Greek National Opera, the Athens
Epidaurus Festival, the Athens and Thessaloniki Concert Halls, the
National Theatre of Greece, the Onassis Stegi, the Stavros
Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, the Neuköllner Oper et al.
His music has won awards in Greece, Cyprus, the UK and the Czech
Republic. He is a co-founder and co-director of the independent
Athens music theatre company The Beggars' Operas. He previously
