OTHER PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENTS
Since 2002, Goyós has been co-founder and co-director of the
independent music theatre group The Beggars' Operas, with which he
has appeared in many venues in Athens, Thessaloniki, Piraeus,
Patras and Berlin as arranger and conductor of works by Verdi,
Rossini, Kypourgos and Sakellaridis, as well as his own. From 2005
to 2009, he was Chief Music Editor of Highlights magazine and,
from 2006 to 2015, a regular programme notes writer for the music
section of the Athens Epidaurus Festival. Since 2011, he has been
a regular pre-concert speaker for the Athens State Orchestra and,
since 2020, an Artistic Collaborator of Dramaturgy and
Publications for the Alternative Stage of the Greek National
Opera.
